Techwear-Hose mit Bändern in Schwarz-Weiß

Dear Hunter,

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the additional decals on the pants. We appreciate your feedback and understand your preference for a different design.

We are glad to hear that you find the pants themselves to be of good quality. We will take note of your feedback regarding the decals and make sure to review our product offerings accordingly.

If there is anything else we can assist you with or if you have any further suggestions, please feel free to let us know. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best experience for our customers.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such detailed and honest feedback. We appreciate you giving our pants a try.

We're glad to hear that you think they look "really cool in person." Achieving a great aesthetic is one of our core goals.

However, we are very concerned to read your comments about the material quality and the security of the patches. This is not the experience we want for our customers. We strive to use durable, functional fabrics and ensure all appliqués are securely attached, so your feedback is crucial for our quality control team to investigate immediately.

You make a fair point about the balance of price and quality. Our aim is always to provide the best possible product at an accessible price point, and we apologize that we fell short of your expectations on the material and construction in this case.

We take this very seriously. Could you please reach out to our support team via email?
