We do not issue refunds once the order is in the process of creation or shipped. However, if you contact us within 24 hours after making the order, we can cancel your order and refund your money. But any cancellation request after 24 hours will be charged 30% restocking fee based on the order.Requests for change of address must be made directly with Techwear Official via our Customer Care contact service prior to your order being shipped.Techwear Official is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

The shipping cost for orders are non refundable.
